Mailing list for San Francisco-area DIY Drones members

3689388836?profile=originalAfter last weekend's fun San Francisco-area fly-in, I've had a number of requests to set up a local mailing lists for people who would like to get together for similar meetups. So I've set up a Google Group for the San Francisco Bay Area UAV Fliers. Anybody in the Bay Area can join that and coordinate their own get togethers, as well as hear of any that we organanize.

 

I'd encourage members in other regional centers to set up their own groups and announce them here.

    I joined, though I'm from the Chesapeake Bay Area not SF. :) If the timing is right, I'll come out for one of these.

    Yes, im in Sac, but a bay area native, and Im part of the group....i figure the groups extent is as large as people are willing to travel.

    Was sad not to see Napa in the map :(  Just feeling un-loved! + giving you a hard time.  Love the idea and definetly will participate.

    Brian, what do you mean? You're not referring to my arbitrary crop of Google maps, are you? The Bay Area is as big as people want to make it.

    What the North bay not in the Bay Area anymore?  What up w/that!  Loads of flyiers up here.
