    the bearing is from a lazy susan set up , that is a rotating table top tray...I've tried them out, but not as successfyully as peter..a source in the UK is

    use google to search for lazy susan and a load of sources turn up.

    any chance of the dxf files for the pan tilt mechanism..I have a desktop cnc machine that could cut it out..or are you planning to sell a kit? nice design....
