I worked together with LanyuHobby (RC airplane manufacture) to make a good platform for FPV/UAV flying.
The Fuselage is made in PVC to make it very strong (Blow moulded). Very good and strong for the beatings and landings our planes are getting.
I know it's nearly impossible to make everybody happy, but I think we found a good compromise. (Strong, able to take payload, good space for electronics inside fuselage, platform for autopilot under wing (CG), platform for Vtx behind prop.

It need a name, here's some names.
Any suggestions feel free:
Skyview
Skyexplorer
Dragon eye
SKYraptor
FPVraptor
CamEagle
The platform should be ready for sale next month, I think most vendors and maybe hobbyking will be selling the plane.
Price: same level as Skywalker.

How about calling it "Dyna Soar?"
Why not call him VSS Condor ? or VSS Harlequin ?
Simply VSS + Cool bird name, to get things such as :
VSS Kestrel, VSS Merlin, VSS Griffin, etc ...

Andrew: yes tree test movies was made to show it's good for beginners and also able to do much more advanced flying. Not saying it's a 3D model. But the plane is a very good compromise.

the video you posted was just one of several involving this prototype. Appears this one features more powerful motor, as opposed to the one used in initial tests. Speed and aerobatics aren't by bag, but it's nice to see it appears to handles well, even at slower speeds. Will be interesting to see how it handles once it's been loaded up with FPV gear, cameras, etc.
