    I think whats funny is they set up an April Fools whilst apparently this Surrey chap has something similar working. Or is that also a hoax?

    I wonder if this algorithm would benefit at all from the use of a 3d scanner such as the Kinect.

    The software outputs the detected object as "Output of the TLD is written to 'log.txt', format [frame id; left col; top row; right col; bottom row]" so it can be used to move a camera to keep it centre frame. The deshaken videos clips use the same principles.
