I just discovered a new FPV Simulator and it's free.
It's created and proposed by the blog FPV PASSION.
In my opinion, it is a cool simulator for everybody who wants to discover FPV !
Also very nice for flight preparation and line of sight checks!!
The development is based on the Google Earth Plugin so you can fly over 3D Cities.
You can access the simulator here : http://www.fpv-passion.fr/simulator/

This sounds really neat! Do you think this could be used like X-Plane/Flight Gear, Arduino, and Mission Planner to make a hardware in the loop simulation?
I wonder what the min requirements for the computer to do this? I have a fairly slow laptop (1.6GHz and 1 Gig Ram) that I use for the web and also would have liked it to interface with my RealFlight Interlink controller like Gary McCray has mentioned. I think the Google Earth plug in has slowed it down for me so that the experience is very slow to react. Nice Idea though, and reminds me that I must get my updated and much faster desktop up and running. But I have been so absorbed with getting the real thing happening with my Arduflyer and MissionPlanner and working thru the install and debugging. :-)
Good news, the simulator is compatible with xbox gamepad and derivative !
That reminds me this: http://www.paraglidingearth.com/
Not FPV though.
This is very nice, it gives an interesting perspective of a lot of cities.
Camera Yaw command is actually copter yaw not camera yaw and should be relabeled.
Camera pitched down gives weird bump effect when move forward and stop.
It is sort of like flying around in Loiter mode.
I like it, it would be fun to have it work with my Real Flight RC transmitter simulator.
Best Regards,
Gary
