Posts are much easier to read if the poster uses capital letters where required AND correct punctuation!! Text type posts are not much use either, as a number of people do not bother to use a telephone for texts

    I use my phone to post here as getting my laptop out to just view a few web pages is either silly or if Im sat in a que somewhere not practical.

    So for that reason my spelling and punctuation is often out.

    Sorry I shall take my laptop everywhere now!

    I think some of the better posts are the ones with wild English, they may have been written with passion.

    But I do hear some of what you are saying.

    Remember also that English is not the first language for many people here.

    I am assuming your capitalization of "AND" was for emphasis? I don't think it was "required". You could have used italics... and kept this gem to yourself.
