This is a quick and short review, setup and tutorial of the RTK XL GPS from uBlox/Drotek.
Test & Setup is done on Ardupilot + Pixhawk, using mission planner as the ground control station.
Note that this product was not provided for review by Drotek and the review is unbiased.

the duration depends on the precision parameter you have set in meters in the base module. It will also depend on the clear sky conditions, the eventual reflections from nearby buildings, trees in the way, etc. At minimum it should be a couple of minutes.
How long is the survey-in time for the base station to get a precise enough position in order to transmit corrections?
