Money doesn't have to actually change hands... its use for a Fox news vid certainly classifies it as commercial.

It was not an ARdrone, but well done the Parrot people for making people think it was.

Did they hack the AR Drone because I don't remember the video quality of it being that good. Not only that, it seems as though it flies higher than what a typical one will fly without the optical flow going bad. Part of me is skeptical that is was really filmed using an AR Drone but I could be wrong.

It will be interesting to see if he (or his show) gets fined by the FAA for commercial use of an RC plane...
