Oh, I just had a funny thought. Wouldn't it be hilarious if everyone switched over to non-flying solutions and the FAA ended up doing all the rulemaking work for nothing. HILARIOUS!
Gary, are you saying that you don't see every problem as a "nail" so you need more than just a hammer? ;)
This and the aeromao tool are both pretty cool. "Look ma, no FAA oversight required"!
I think between these 2 poles you could do 80% of what the multicopters need to do for the commercial market outside of Hollywood. But dangit, I just wouldn't look as cool doing it unless I had my over-rated carbon fiber hexa carrying 10x more camera than I needed.
Sales info please!
I manufacture telescopic masts that go up to 60 ft, and you can put heavier cameras on these.
We have two models, 40 ft and 60 ft, and the most competitive price in the market for this kind of poles.
Fiberglass is too flexible, so we build them in aluminum.
We are having a lot of orders lately, I guess is in part due to the new enforcement in LA in which Police will prosecute UAV operators for aerial photography applications....
Using the masts you have no crashes, no police bugging you, it's cheaper, unlimited endurance :-) .....
and therefore more profits providing AP!

it's not so hard to keep it
the angle is fixed
We are still looking for a seller in the U.S.
Wow, 6 meters. Won't the little gopro feel like a ton at the end of that?
I have the Hero, where can I get a pole like this? Also how do you manage the angle of the camera to keep it horizontal with the ground?
Nice a boom, that will really replace UAVs in all aplications.
Yep, I also have a pole makes some shots so much easier and for the life of me I don't understand why more people don't have one.
Also in the tool kit, a kite balloon, a kite, fixed wing aircraft and multicopters. You need different tools for different jobs.
