    I love mine, this is run by totaly open source atmega64 code. I ordered the usb programming kit, with the backlight kit and just cant say enough good things. I also upgraded to the FrSky 8ch 2.4ghz TX/RX with Two Way telemetry Modules.

    The USB programming upgrade kit is a solderless solution. he wonderful job of it

    Do any of you suspect that this product may be infringing on Horizon Hobby Patents?  It would be very 'unamerican' and immorale to purchase one if it is.  Ripping off intellectual property is theft, supporting companies that engage in theft will hurt all of us, even if you get to save $150 bux in the short term.

    yea, this is the one where you can reprogram the FW with a Sparkfun $14 programmer ! You can then display the auto pilot data right on the lcd.

    They are still out of stock on the individual receivers (~$8) that you can buy separately. Finally had to cancel that part of my order after a month so that HK would ship the rest of the $300 order. Expecting to get mine next week!

    Argh I just bought a 7ch for about the same price. Yeah I do worry about what important nice things they took out to get things so cheap.
