Well, technology is developing fast, but one issue always remains: how to config the TX to allow 6 modes...
Here is a 6 modes switch for ANY Transmitter !

The idea is to have 4 trimmers to allow precise setting of the wanted PWM value for every mode, while the first and last modes are directly set automatically.
We have made a package with the smallest mode switch, so it could fit in most transmitters in the market, and four precision trimmers to go along with.
We offer the product in two versions:
DIY version (all parts needed)
They have been tested together to work well, and installed in a Turnigy 9x radio, and gave great results and easy setup with the APM software !

the trimmer most probarly a varibles resistor not sure about the value probarly 2k? or maybe 5k?
Arg had I known I would have just bought your kit! I already got a radioshack switch and modded the 9XR to use it.
Question: what amount of resistance are those potentiometers? 2.5k?

Took a while to get here, because the kit comes from Tel Aviv, but it works great on my Turnigy 9x with er9x firmware. Well worth the wait. Great improvement over the standard pot. The solid clicks are reassuring. The only thing i modified on it was trimming off a quarter inch from the end of the shaft so knob doesn't sit so far off the TX.
wanted to add this as i just saw this. its for the guys with spektrum transmitters dx6i.

Can you tell us what trimmers you are using? I still have a bunch of switches from the previous mod involving resistors! Now that I am used to the 2 switches I prefer it but this looks clean!.

Just baught one for my flysky 9x.
I have a 12-position rotary switch I considered using, but decided I'd rather have a row of push buttons instead. Now I just need to build such a thing... it would save effort in jumping over intermediate flight states!
