DJI Product and Service Availability in North America
We would like to clarify that a recent temporary injunction limiting DJI’s ability to work with selected dealers in North America does not prevent these dealers from providing sales and support of DJI products to any of their customers, nor does it prevent dealers not identified in the temporary injunction from conducting normal business operations.
This legal action was taken by a former associate for issues linked to his recent departure from DJI. We are confident that the matter will be resolved soon.
DJI is a global firm and we are continuing to provide creators and innovators with first-class products and customer service support that has been the core of our business since our firm was established in 2006.
We are incredibly grateful for the support that we have received from our customers and will continue helping our customers in North America and beyond push forward the future of possible.

We value our customers in providing the best before and after sale experience. Despite our effort in offering the best service, support and warranty there are unauthorized sale channels offering quick sale with unsatisfactory after sale support. DJI continues to work with, and ensure our authorized dealers to offer after sale support and service to the highest standard. Purchases from unauthorized channels will void manufacture warranty; repair fee will be charged in addition to shipping cost.

Same here. No problem with supply.

DJI Product and Service Availability in North America. We are not effected by this injunction if you need a USA supplier we can help you.
Distribution in the US is split into "commercial" and" hobby". DJI US deals with the commercial side. The hobby side is unaffected by this lawsuit. I deal on both sides of the fence and we are getting new supplies currently. Most dealers will have no impact.
Yesterday I tried to research the source of that "SpaceX incident" report and posted the negative results here, along with some analysis, in a couple of comments in a blog that was later deleted. So I'll repeat my conclusion, which is that it looks like this was likely a rather clumsy fabricated or exaggerated "hit piece" with no visible evidence or source, and with internal indications of BS. Whether or not it has anything to do with the current DJI dust-up is unknown, that being a question because it's been posted in a couple of places (including a public NASA forum) for some months.
You would understand that I will not comment much on this as I am part of the 31 dealers listed on the injunction but what I can say is that the hobby community is different than most businesses and while we are all competing to get the best share of the market possible we are still willing to help each other. Currently DJI China is not shipping anything anyway due to the Chinese New year / Spring festival holiday so there is not much change on stock level. Still quite interesting on what will happen but for now I have to say that I love this industry!
And today on "As the Naza Turns", another guy from Austin who seems to be "in the know" states that the whole "SpaceX incident" is bogus, and in fact Colin was at SpaceX again in October to film this launch:
@Dave- I think for now we have to say "innocent until proven guilty" which is why I removed the first post regarding the incident you are referring to. As for the court case and injunction, I guess we'll have to see how that pans out.
So I guess my question is, if Colin was to blame for the horrible PR incident, why did DJI China punish all of DJI North America? Or is it simply a case of Colin is DJI America and they had no choice?
Thanks for any help understanding this!
I found this link yesterday. It paints pretty grim picture.
