Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest
First objective: basic fixed wing, electrically-powered UAV that can nav to multiple closely-spaced waypoints (within 1000 yards of each other,) take off, and land autonomously, maybe taking some photos along the route. Second objective: build a small (25-class) electric UAV similar to the Convair XFY-1, and add the ability to translate horizontally in any direction while in hover. Main Objective: Have fun and learn a few things about airplane design and control systems.
