"I am having the exact same issue. I have calibrated all the ESCs one at a time and have the same issue. I had another idea to try. The motor that is starting slowly is on output signal pin 2. So I decided to switch 1 and 2 signal wires.

"No luck for me, I am already using a 3S. I have tried ESC Calibration (both multiple and single) and it still does not work correctly. I am working with the manufacturer of the ESC. Hopefully he will have an answer."
