2.6.2 Stabilize Not Working

I just tried out 2.6.2 with ArduPilot/IMU setup today and Stabilize did not function. whenever I switched to this mode the engine turned off. Any ideas?

Have you set up the board right, following the manual closely? (Cut pin D13 etc).
