3D Robotics Poor Customer Service

I am still waiting for someone get in contact with me since my last purchase.All I got from them was that my order was received, and of course they charged my CC.

No problem with that, but since January 30th, I have not had any update on my order, not even a "Thank You" for your order. I requested a status yesterday morning and I am hoping someone can get back to me by noon.

My point is: I am here trying to help and support an American Enterprise instead of ordering from "badluckbuy's" of the world and from all the vendors I've interacted until now, US and China, 3D Robotics has been the least pleasant of them.

Not sure if you get better service if you order a $5,000 copter from them, but since my order is $30, I am suspicious if that's the case. I hope that my part will be 100% in working order b/c I would not be happy if I needed help from them.

Wait and see.
