A bit confused

I just received my Arduino Mega and the ArduPilot Mega IMU. I put them side by side and the Arduino Mega is 50% bigger. Definately not the way it looks in the manual. http://code.google.com/p/arducopter/wiki/Quad_GettingStarted 

 

I see the one there is called ArduPilot Mega and not Arduino Mega. I'm also assuming there's nothing I can do with the Arduino Mega board now since everything seems to be geared toward the ArduPilot. Why am I so confused, I looked in the DIYDrones store and saw Arduino Mega thinking it would be the right board. In fact, I don't even see the ArduPilot Board, I have to go to to sparkfun to get it..

 

Well lesson learned.. Does anyone want to buy an Arduino Mega Board cheap? or perhaps buy an Ardupilot Mega board for me and we can swap?

    Jordi does not sell the ArduPilot or the ArduPilot Mega because of export restrictions. (I hear that may change)

    He did start selling the Arduinos, but they are not for the DIYDrones AP projects, unless like alot of Arduino enthusiasts, you want to build it into an autopilot yourself.

    The arduino mega board doesn't look anything like the ardupilot mega board.
