I have an arducopter 2 and it fly stable but when I activate the "Altitude Hold" mode (i mount the altitude sensor hardware) then it goes (spin) up and yaw counter clock wise... I must deactivate it because i test it in house and i fear that it will crash. I don't know why but when I change the firmware to 2.0.45 the altitude hold was working, but not now...
How can i do?

I can confirm this behavior with 2.0.47. As soon as it is switched to alt hold mode, it spins on itself, and the altitude varies far more than in stabilize mode with a fair amount of throttle.
Don't do testing in-doors. Give yourself plenty of space so you can get the full picture.
