I need some help with altitude hold. When ever i switch to it, it levels for a second and then goes up. Same with loiter. Any ideas?

The obvious questions first.
Is the throttle stick in the centre?
If you are hovering with the throttle above centre and then switch to loiter, it will do what is commanded and rise.
Have you logged your IMU and check Z axis vibration levels?
But you get more variance both up and down if this was the problem.
