Anyone here from the UK? How do I find where no fly zones are?

I'm hoping for some sort of map file to show me restricted fly zones in the UK.

Is it possible to get a .kml file that I can open in Google Earth?

Zoom out on mission planner and it will show you . Big circles around airports etc
