Hi Guys, please see the image, the quad is sitting leveled on the ground, and on the tuning graph, when i modulate the throttle, that was the output given ( similar output for OCTA QUAD configuration). This cant be right, right? Running Arducopter 2.7.1 QUAD with mission planner 1.2.7.. thanks for your help...

I seem to have fixed the problem (title of post).. but now im noticing another problem, after a short flight duration, i noticed that the bottom 4 motors in the OCTA QUAD configuration are working less compared to the top 4 motors... using the tuning, i see why... can someone help me with this... tell me why the top and bottom are operating at different speeds even though the quad is level, and the top and bottom ratio is 1... Thank you..
Yeah, that's the quad trying to Yaw.

That can happen if you start it before the magnetic sensor has settled out.
