APM2.5 goes full throttle -> crash

Hi

i'm faly new in this forum

i know, i know.... new on the forum and goes asking for help... but i woud really apreciate it!!

I crashed twice my home-made Quadcopter, using a APM 2.5, both times i was flying stabilize, at low altitude, about 2m (6.5 feet) when suddenly the throttle went 100%, and the quad started rising for some secconds. then it went back to stabilize (my fault, i wasent able to react the correct way to safe it)

any one has any suggestion what is going on?

Setup in the seccond crash:

Apm 2.5 in  stabilize mode

filesafe set to Land

turnigy er9x with a FrSky djt modeule

APM powerd with the ESC (s-bec)

Your accelerometer offsets seems fully wrong. Did you do the accelerometer calibration ?

Your VCC voltage is a bit high, about 5.3V instead of the nominal 5.0V. Is it a 3DR board ?

I'm not sure. Can you post some logs? Also you can try connecting with USB, battery and radio and then let it sit for a few minutes, don't arm it. Then check your logs. I believe the radio info is in the Tlogs. Look to see if you radio is spiking the throttle. It's a problem I had with my Spektrum radio.
