Use what you're comfortable with- either single servo 90deg heli swash mode or aircraft mode for Arducopter. ArduHELI requires 120deg CCPM mixing at the moment so that you can still fly the heli in manual. Since you're building a quad though, use your preference of 90deg heli mode or aircraft- it doesn't matter as long as special mixing is turned off (ie. rudder mix etc.)
