For any of the other boards / shields go to the store on this site, select the item you are interested in and look for links to board diagrams and such. The only hard part is that the links are black text with no underlining so they don't LOOK like links. Hover your mouse over promising sounding words and go down the rabbit hole if you find one.
Warning: the max3232 converts TTL signals to "real" RS-232 levels. (like + and - 9 v or 12 v) Under no circumstances connect that to an Arduino or you'll let the magic smoke out. You'll need to see if you can get to the other side of the max3232 and wire in to the TTL side. (Pins 9, 10, 11, & 12)
Do you need a shield to do what if you don't want airspeed? If you want the schematics to make your own ArduPilot board, then put anything you want from the shield on your board...
