After putting my hexa back together after a non-trivial crash one of the motors (#5) does not turn at low throttle.  Only at mid-throttle or so does that motor kick in.

I pulled the motor apart and it passes a visual inspection with flying colors...

Any ideas?  Since everything is heat-shrinked and ty-wrapped I would love to have a good guess before I start undoing things :-)
