Hi,
today I try arduplane 2.6. Manual and stabilize mode ok. When I try in auto mode, aileron and elevator can not control manually. Rudder still can. Throttle still control manual (not connect to Arduplane hw).
Do you have suggestion?

You have it set in Auto mode which means that the autopilot will take control and fly the plane automatically. You can control the throttle because it is not connected to the AP HW which means that the AP will not be able to control it and block your communication to the throttle. Your rudder is probably hooked up in a similar manner to your throttle. The fact that you cannot control them means that auto mode is working properly.
