I am looking for a case to protect my Canon S110 while the lens is extended and it is taking pictures. I have lucked out with not damaging the sensor so far and using a 3d printed mount that has the camera attach directly to a Y6 frame, but fear when I auto-land and am off by a few feet and the lens impacts something.
3DR makes an injected plastic molded part that looks to be perfect but will only sell it with a pixhawk mapping kit. I recently purchased two Y6's and after explaining that to the salesperson at 3dr was told it was impossible to buy a camera case without the pixhawk and accessories for $930.
What does everyone else use to mount their Canon to their mapping quad? Does anyone have a 3Dprinted solution that they would be willing to share?
