I ordered several drone parts from DIY Drone store and got package.But there are not ordered parts !! I already PAID.
I sent email to DIY store to deliver my missing parts.
But until now they keep ignoring my email.
For one week I have sent 3 emails to fix this problem.
Anyone considering to buy product from DIY Drone Store..think again.
They might swallow your money without sending product.
When I clicked on the link, the post had been removed. I sincerely hope this was not the commercial side censoring unfavorable critiques. There have been many critiques of other businesses that have been much worse and not removed.

He posted once in the blogs and was told that customer support issues should be posted in the discussion forum, which he appears to have done. I don't know why it's not there anymore (I didn't delete it), but it may be that he got a reply from customer service and deleted his own discussion. We maintain a whole Featured Discussion on Customer Rants and Raves, so criticism here is very welcome in the interest of transparency and accountability.
