Hello everyone,
not sure if this is right place to axe this sort of question so please don't bash me if it's not!
Is it possible to get DJI ESCs (30A OPTO) to work with APM 2.0? My first impression is that they are not compatible. I measured the signals and voltage one 3-pin connector and it seams that plus and minus are on the opposite sides, and signal is in the middle, while APM has got plus in the middle and signal and GND on the opposite sides. I also noticed that the ESCs only give 3V rather than 5V which seems strange, so if anyone could confirm that, I would much appreciate it.
If anyone managed the DJI ESCs to work with APM, please let me know - I've got the Flame Wheel kit and if possible, I would like to use some of the guts until I build the proper copter.
Thanks in advance
Tom

The ESC WILL WORK! you will need a BEC to get it to work powering APM from ESC side! do not use the power from DJI ESC it will not work for you. Power the APM from the receiver side or use a BEC to power the APM from the ESC side. The DJI ESC has no power coming from the ESC.
