From what I have seen HK gcs displays both airspeed and ground speed simultaneously, assuming you have an airspeed sensor installed and enabled.
The airspeed indicator on the HK Instruments panel will display airspeed and ground speed with two separate needles. (APM 1.02)
The needles are green and blue and are superimposed on each other until there is a difference between gs and as.
For example, your plane is flying at 20mph airspeed directly into a 10mph headwind.
The two separate needles will be split, the blue needle will show the 20mph (airspeed) and the green needle will show 10mph (gps groundspeed).
