In the last version of Mission Planner 1.3.29, in radio calibration screen, throttle corresponds to the yaw stinck in radio, and yaw corresponds to throttle stick in radio. Is this a bug?

I see the same issue on 1.3.29. The channels are certainly notr mixed up - I.e. the throttle stick is on Ch3 and operates the throttle just fine on the craft, but on moving the throttle stick, the yaw slider is the one which reacts in the Radio Calibration screen, same for the yaw stick - it operates yaw just fine on Ch4 but the throttle slider is the one which reacts in the Radio Calib screen.
Incidentally, the channel maps are setup correctly for AETR on my Pixhawk - its definitely MP with the issue.

confirm your rcmap values in the parameter list
Check again comparing the two versions, in 1.3.28 it is shown correctly, not in the version 1.3.29.
See attached images.
img01 is version 1.3.28
img04 and img05 is version 1.3.29

1.3.30 is now out, correcting this issue.

Sounds like you have your channels mixed up to me.
