It seems that stabilize, and FBW-A modes drops nose, and loses altitude.
While AUTR and RTL works perfectly fine.

And: Airspeed USE is off, and airspeed is well above minimum FBW minimum airspeed (9) when it pitches down - so it acts as if it was a anti-stall feature kicking in, but I see no reason for it to be that.

No answer for you yet, but I have some information to add that may help others analyze your log. Your Flight modes are setup as Manual, Stabilize, FBW-A, Loiter, Auto, RTL. Channel 2 Trim value is 1483. Auto Trim is off.
Here is a view of a section of the log plotted to show Raw CH2 (elevator), Raw CH3 (throttle), Raw CH8 (mode switch), and Relative Altitude.
