I was told that the FlySky FS-TH9X works best with a rechargeable battery pack. As I wait for my Iris to arrive I am trying to acquire all the extra things that will make it easier and safer to fly.
If anyone can shed some light on this and possible suggest some links to the best pack to buy I would really appreciate it.
Also if there is a charger that might work for both the Iris and the Flysky let me know.
Thanks again

I have used this battery pack http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__14076__ZIPPY_Flightmax_1...
And its been great, but you need to replace the connector to plug it in to the radio power port.
The other option is to get 8 1.2V 2400mAh NiMH AA cells. I believe these can be charged in the radio. Unlike the LiPo or LiFe packs which must be charged using an external charger.
I can't see any relation between your question and this subforum...
