Hello,
I'm still trying to get my quad in the air. It previously had a fault with the XY gyro. The Oilpan was sent back to Diydrones for a fix. They replaced the XY Gyro, but this also affected the pressure sensor, so this was changed also.
On its return I mated it to the APM, loaded up ArdupiratesNG 527 and initialised it. Unfortunately I now seem to have problems with the Gyro yaw and roll. Diydrones support cannot help me further, but I really do appreciate their help in trying to fix the board.
I have re-soldered all connections and nothing appears to be out of place. If it is a soldering fault, is there any way to trace it to the pin which connects to the gyro with the fault?
Are there any other tests I can carry out to try and find the fault? or do I have to accept I just have a plain faulty foxtrap which isn't going to work no matter what's replaced on it.
