Hey all,
I have been scouring this site and others for a commercial, 2 axis camera gimbal for pics at nadir (vertical). This is for photogrammetry. If one is not available, do you guys know of a gimbal that is easily modified? I have a deadline or I would manufacture something like this http://suas.engineeredentropy.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Roll_Pitch_Render.jpg. It seems like tons of people are engaged in aearial mapping but I haven't seen much in the way of vert gimbals. Does this mean folks aren't using them?
Thanks for the help,

I have a same problem(http://diydrones.com/forum/topics/need-advice-about-using-of-arduim...)
but i need navigation also.
Did you solve it?
What gimbal do u use?
What angles do you get practically?
Thanks!
Do you need the camera to be able to point both horizontally and vertically? If you only need vertical then you can just mount your camera at 90 degrees, the gimbal doesn't know the camera is pointing down, and it doesn't care as long as it is still approximately balanced.
