I am runing a Pixhawk on a Carbon Z Cub. The cub is a high wing with ailerons, rudder and elevator. One thing you might check is if you had to reverse a direction of one or more of your servos you will need to change the direction in Mission Planner.
I'm trying to remember all the steps I did but I think the biggest one is to disarm the motor and check the servos react to the proper direction.
If you can send the correct log file I'll be able to see what the plane was trying to do when you turned on RTL.
And this one is the Tlogs of the second flight with the crashed.

Is there another log file? This one only shows a flight of 4s. The .bin log file downloaded from the Pixhawk shows much more information than a Tlog file. Also your voltage reported was only 9 volts.
The volts is wrong because i have not calibrated my voltage sensor yet. Are you using Pixhawk also Rob? What are the steps you did to your pixhawk before put it in the plane? Your steps might differs from mine or I might skip important steps in the preparations.
Halo Rob,
Please see attached my Tlogs. Thank you

Just under the Reply window you should see the link Upload Files on this page.
So what did the plane do when you hit RTL, did it go straight down or something else?
Don't know why and what is written in Red although the home was already locked. Couldnot be GPS failure.
That is the serial number of your Pixhawk. Comes up at the beginning of your connection with Pixhawk.
Ok, thanks for the info Rob
