Hi everyone,
I searched the web but could not find how to connect a lipo battery to 3dr power unit. It must be very simple i have no clue. I have a pixhawk and want to connect to power my small drone.
I have attached pictures of my battery and 3dr power unit..they are totally different connectors, do i have to cut the wires and make a new socket? or buy a new battery?
Battery has square connector blocks and the 3dr power module has rounded pins (pic attached)
Please help, i am guessing this is very trivial and that is why most video just say connect to lipo and not show it.

There use to be a power module with Dean T-connector.
HK has this kind of thing : http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=...

Hi rony,
Your battery has a deans connector, and the power module uses an XT60 connector. You need an adapter with XT60 female to deans male to connect those.
Maybe one of the other members can comment, but all the LiPos I have that have the mah and C rating to work as main batteries have XT60 connectors. I'm not sure if the fact that the connector doesn't fit is an indication that you don't have the right battery to power your drone.
