I know that sounds strange. My receiver (Orange R910) is all PWM. I just got some LEDs from Flytron. These LEDs can use a PPM signal to sync the flashing. Is there a way to:
A) Get the APM to send PPM instead of PWM out one of the outputs?
B) Something I can buy that will generate a PPM signal?

Why not hook up the leds straight to the apm ? Three or four of the pins are reserved for the buzzer and leds. I cant recall where i saw this but theres a how to on here that walks you thru this.
These are strobing LEDs. They flash on their own using a typical aviation flash pattern. By connecting a PPM signal wire between each module, the flashing will synchronize.
