I am setting up ArduPlane in a fixed wing aircraft. I am a little concerned about in air reboots or restarts. What would cause a reboot and how can it be avoided, and if one occurs can the plane still continue on mission without loss of control?

The biggest cause I can think of would be bad solder joints or a wonky power system.
A dedicated BEC to power the APM would help, but these things are pretty stable, I don't often read about mid-air reboots.
