We have a "Takeoff" button, that automatically synchronizes mission and performs takeoff. Would it be sensible to send "Preflight Calibration" command every time before proceeding with actual takeoff?

Useful for multiple flights when landing for refueling.
Ok, but can it actually be harmful in any way? If I understand correctly, preflight calibration does all the things that are done on startup anyway, right?
