Mission Planer Question

Hi there can someone please explain a couple of parameters in the mission planer.
When I have the Quad on the ground it is showing a altitude of 41m (shouldnt it be Zero?)
When I press SET HOME ALT button it goes to -23m ( I am not shoore what this function is for)

I only get a GPS 2d fix I thought I would get a 3d one or has one been disabled because of the baro?

I can not get get the magnetometer to show true north, the best I can get with setting my declination is 320 degrees. declination 12.43
Latitude: 37° 49' 60" S
Longitude: 147° 37' 0" E

In autopilot status when I switch to stabilise it shows guided are these two and the same?

Thank you in advance.
Regards Pete

This is just a display issue. you do infact have a 3d lock. it will be fixed in the next release
  • Well I figured out my magneto issue, apparently the sparkfun magneto needs to be mounted components down pins Left, not components down pins forward like the DiyDrones one.  Now I get a true heading.

But I still have no idea about the rest.  Shorely someone knows something.
