i loaded the new 2.4.1 on my quad with APM1 and when i do the motors test it spins motor 1 fast then motor 4 and then 2 and it spind 2 for about 5 sec... i am setup in X...

is that a bad thing? does it arm motors after you are done testing?
i have never done a motor test but the first thing that comes to my mind is if you have the latest update of Mission Planner. APM and MP firmwares must be both updates together (sometimes).
