Mtk GPS firmware

Hi.

On ACM 2 what MTK GPS firmware is default?

I load the latest beta and i have no reaction on gps mode (loiter). On a previus beta ir worked very well. I have 1.4 firmware. Should i update?

    There was a version where Loiter became disconnected. Not sure, but is fixed now.

    I have a question on the MTK GPS firmware.

     

    I bought a FTDI cable and flashed my mtk gps with 1.6  ... so I thought.

     

    Now I am using ACM2.06 and used the cli to get some gps data for testing. It showed me something like: MTK1.4

     

    Does this mean I didn't update the gps?

    Firmware 1.6    Yes u should update ASAP
