My Grandson has a Blade Chroma Camera Drone that he is learning to fly and video graph with. He sent me a clip that he edited on his new iMac Pro with Final Cut Pro (Trial Offer). The file is MP4 extension and he said he may need to change the file type to make the video sharp. I don't know what Converter he uses, maybe there is one included with Final Cut Pro. I have a lot to learn about this process myself. Have I given you enough information to answer my question and if so what do you suggest to resolve the fuzzy video? TIA Loren Sr

  • The original video may be fuzzy or I'm guessing you may mean out of focus.  Really not a whole lot can be done if that's the case.  Also, as Tim already mentioned, the file type does affect sharpness.  However compression does.  If your grandson chose a very low quality file setting....then that maybe why your file doesn't look very good.  Hard to tell without really knowing all the details.  Hope it works out.

  • File type will not make your video sharp. I would ask for the original video unedited. If its fuzzy then your screwed.

    • Thanks for your comment and help. I will see if he made a backup copy of the original so he can check if it is also fuzzy.
