• Obviously most of the footage displayed is not made during autonomous follow-me flight.

    The question must be, what more, exactly, do you provide than APM already can do ?

    • The project contains differents parts :

      • The embedded programme ;
      • A camera with a dedicated card allowing image processing ;
      • A smartphone application.

      The video tracking allows us to have a more reliable tracking than the existing one.

      Moreover the user can specify flight plans to perform during the tracking (like circle around me, follow me on the right side, then on the left side...)

      It enables us to have much better videos.

      • I see, so it's something like OpenCV that does real time object tracking, (not just pointing to coordinates+altitude).
