When i have my quad on the ground and connect to mission planner via telemetry radio, i saw in flight data showing my drone moving around even my quad was actually on the ground. Then i checked how many sat is actually connected, it was 7. When i Arm without takeoff, it set a home point and the drone on screen still move around.
is anyone of you having same issue as me? Do you think my GPS or Pixhawk FC have issue?

I have the same problem on my Y6B. It flew fine for several dozens of flights, then it basically lost its mind. It sits in the yard and wonders around. 3DR replaced the GPS but it still does it and I've had two bad crashes since.
I appreciated the replies on here and Arducopter, but it always boils down to "pilot error". Well, it could explain the second crash, but not the first.
Read here, especially pg 2:

Note this was after replacement of the GPS. And the wondering around the yard happens with <2.0 hdop. See video here:

Does anyone having same issue?
Where are you testing the quad?
I had exactly the same issue. I used my copter for the first time in Glasgow and I couldn't get a stable positioning anywhere around the place where I live. Even in a spot with no buildings within a 1 mile radius, I would put the copter on the ground, look at the telemetry reading and notice the position would drift around the spot where the copter was lying. Of course I was getting strange behaviour when trying to fly in position or loiter mode. Thought it was some hardware or configuration problem. However, I recently took a trip to Portugal and used the copter with no positioning issues whatsoever.
So maybe the problem is that you also are in a place where GPS signal is very poor.
