Power module

I am using an APM 2.5 with a 3DR power module. I want to add in a Pololu switch.I would prefer to tie in through the power point. I thought I had the right 5VDC pin but it powers up regardless of the switch. I assumed it would be the red wired. Then I check with my meter and found another 5VDC lead but that wouldn't work either. Any thoughts I would appreciate.

I think the Power Module has 6 wires that operate in pairs ie. double ups. Not sure of the order but you'll have Power, Ground & Signal.
