PPM Remapping question

I'm using a 6channel rx with ppm connected  to APM 2.6. I would like to use channel7. how can I remap channel 7 to channel 6. anyone can give me directions how or where to find information about that? I know you can remap channel 1-4 but the others I can not find any info

    Simply move reciever pin 6 wire to APM pin 7.

      Hi Richard,

      thanks for your advise, yes I did that on my old quad but on my new one I want to run with PPM, only one wire from Rx to APM.

        the smart way, is to do that on transmitter,  - and that depends on which one you have.

          Hi Andre,

          well, I got a Devo10 runing DeviationTx, or I could use my Frsky taranis, but I have no Idea how to program  it, please advise. I use the Orange 615x Rx.

            I did set up a taranis, I do not *own* one tho.

            Anyway - in taranis, mixers - you delete the sticks /switches, and add them in proper order, that changes the PPM order.

            In both cases , just look up "channel mapping" or similar phrase in manual.

              Hi Andre,

              I know about channel mapping like put throttle on ch2 or ch4 but, may we misunderstand each other, I don't want to change channel order, I need to access the APM FC channel 7.  May I'm wrong but I think my rx puts out PPM signal from channel 1-6 and whatever changes I do on the Tx it will be always channel 1-6 regardless what stick or switch is assigned.  

              Hope this is a little bit more understandable.
