I'm having problems with one of the propellers slipping on the shaft. Actually it seems to be the propeller mount slipping on the motor shaft. I followed the instructions at http://diydrones.com/forum/topics/propeller-install-notes? .
I tightened one of the propellers really hard, but still it didn't get properly fixed to the motor shaft. Eventually I tightened the upper part until the threads stripped.. argh!
Two questions:
1) The page mentions using loctite on the shaft. I assume I should use green retaining loctite, as blue loctite is made for threads?
2) Can I purchase spare propeller mounts anywhere, or do I need to purchase a new motor?

Provided that a model would exist that would screw onto the body of the outrunner motor this type look reassuring:

Then axle slip would not be an issue.
Maybe that is for bigger motors ?
I replace the stock ones with these:

I had about 3-4 accidents from the stock ones and decided to get some decent ones. I use an 8mm socket driver with them and they never cause me issues. Worth the investment.
