People I need some advice if you guys have encounted similar problem as me. I have calibrated the ESC supposedly with the full throttle/no throttle method for all four motors but still, I have one motor that dont exactly spin when i give it a throttle input. It only starts spinning after i reached around 30% or something...
Any advice?

I had something similar (not quite as severe by the sounds of it) I recently upgraded to the Ardupirates NG release and recalibrated all the ESCs together via the command line and now they all seem perfectly in tune. If you have the "stock" ESCs try giving this a go.
